Refund policy

Customers can return items for a exchange if the following conditions are met.  

• In all cases a return request must be sent in writing within 7 days of receipt by e-mailing: info@onehapicreation.com, and return instructions must be followed within another 7 days of receipt. 

• We recommend you to check breakage and issues immediately after receipt of goods and provide photos to our representative. We will replace a new one to you with a reasonable shipping option.

• Products must not be used, and original tags must be on. Once we receive them we will be happy to replace with a new product to you.

• We only exchange and replace for damaged or unsatisfied products, we do not refund in any circumstances.

• Refund policy is not available.
