SHOPPING PROCEDURE

  • Thank you very much for your orders. You will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email by the system automatically once you confirmed and completed the payment process.
  • We will send a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to you after we have dispatched your order within 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • All prices shown are listed in US Dollars as base currency.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay and PayPal.

DELIVERY METHODS

  • UK orders are shipped by UK Royal Mail Standard Delivery. All deliveries are made within 7 days after payment process. 
  • International orders are shipped by UK Royal Mail International Standard Delivery.  All deliveries are made within 20 days after payment process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • If the product is damaged or do not correspond with how the product was presented on One Hapi Day Online Shop, you have the rights to claim within 7 days or receipt.
  • We recommend you to check breakage and issues immediately after receipt of goods and provide photos to our representative. We will replace a new one to you with a reasonable shipping option.
  • Products must not be used, and original tags must be on (if have). Once we receive them we will be happy to replace with new product to you.
  • We only exchange and replace for damaged or unsatisfied products, we do not refund in any circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We offers worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically.
  • All international shipping via UK Royal Mail International Standard Delivery as default service provider.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties incurred upon delivery. All delivery is made on a Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.
  • Please take into account that any merchandise sent to your selected country may incur in custom duties that must be paid by the receiver at the moment of delivery.
